In the urban texture, the traveling areas between public and private, individual and collective, inside and outside are rarely bare of ambiguity. The city is the result of this unstable balance.
The project consists in materialising the overflow to change the territory in a fluid texture. Beginning from the window frames of the building, fabric tubes, shaped rectangular will continue the assumed inside volumes. These tubes are maintained in the urban area and airborne by powerful wind tunnels. They vibrate in this artificial wind as kept under the vertigo of an illegitimate status, heedless usurpation of public spaces.
